Outcome of an initial six months grant awarded in 2021 to WISER by OSIWA on the subject of assessing the Intersection of National Security and the Civic Space in Nigeria. WISER presents here one of the deliverables that has just been published. It contains essays by four of our distinguished collaborators on the subject matter, who serves personal reflections.
